The mystique of the magnificent stained glass windows at this now non-secular church, have even the most well-versed authorities puzzled. Who the designer and maker of these windows was - may never be known - and why - why is there is a beautiful faceted ruby-colored glass embedded on the altar - that is the next mystery in this beloved, very simply beautiful edifice now used strictly for meditation. It is known and authenticated, however, by Donald Samick of Lamb Studios that these are some of the finest stained glass windows ever made To Quote: "of the highest quality and workmanship"! The intricacy of the geometric windows is hard to parallel.

The building has been renovated many times -yet preserves the Yankee tradition of beloved natural wood, polished and curved in perfect proportions and enhanced by strikingly white paint on the seats and backs and walls of the building. The pews are beautifully curved across the entire width of the church, providing end aisles only.

The architecture of the building does nothing but magnify and enhance the windows. No glitz - no fancy moldings - just absolute, strikingly pure beauty.

Visitors are urged to stop - meditate - just spend time watching as the light plays with the colours of the stained glass - changing - changing - ever changing. An hour - will make you wish you had 2 - and 2 hours encourages you to spend 4 hours.

What more perfect place for a wedding -an elopement - or - the once a
year -" Friends in the Tiffany Tradition" afternoon - held the last Sunday
of November. Live music, tea, coffee and homemade yummies. All donations
